3 stars: A bit of money off is always welcome. However there are 2 main issues. 1. The coupons . Think lve used 1. Clearly not based on my shopping. 2. The \u00a32 and \u00a310 coupons are only valid for 7 days. They need to be longer. A lot of people have a weekly shop. So if for some reason you can't make the next say Friday, and have to go on the Saturday, \u00a310 lost. They should be valid for 10 days or perhaps 2 weeks.
3 stars: The app is easy to use however I've had a few of the \u00a310, \u00a35, \u00a32 off vouchers that I've never had a chance to use as they are only valid for 5 days. I've just spent 90 odd pound,I won't need to be going back in 5 days. The vouchers should be there to use at your next shopping trip. Also the coupons arnt suited to me either.
4 stars: Ok, but prizes have gone down, only ever money off something I wouldn't buy. I never leave the store until I see the app receipt come up on my phone. On one occasion it didn't work even though it had beeped through. I put everything through a second time and the the cashier was able to rectify this by using the receipt I had just been given.
4 stars: Our branch has terrible Internet reception, it takes ages to log in sometimes, it also needs some self service checkouts, otherwise good, we use a lidl in Spain a lot and stock Is amazing, also could do with more products on a regular basis, missing the deadline for the money vouchers can be a nuisance if you forget to click the money voucher b...
