5 stars: So far the easiest app to add captioning. You can watch ads and not pay for it at all.
4 stars: This has made it so easy to caption videos! One star off for limited positional options, and also because as far as credits go, even if a video is say 15 seconds long, the app still counts it as 1 minute. Bummer. Still, it fits my needs almost perfectly.
5 stars: This app works very well. Just select the video that I want to translate, it will recognize the voice and translate in the language that I request. The subtitles are written right below so clearly, I can adjust the size or color of that subtitle. I feel very satisfied with this application. Five stars.

After using this app for a while, a lot of people have come to love my videos because videos with subtitles are more accessible to everyone. The auto-generated subtitles at this app work great.
