4 stars: Major rate hike started in August 2021 !!! went from $0.034 to UK to now $0.80 per minute. no advance warning, just huge INCREASE in prices. time to look elsewhere.. NO RESPONSE from customer service either. used to work very well. was delighted with it. NOT NOW
