3 stars: I tried to reset my password and I received an email for that. However, after I entered new password, it prompted me error. And there was an empty drop down list above password column. I am not sure whether the selection in drop down list is related to password reset.
5 stars: Very user friendly service
3 stars: Frequently lagging to check the visitor history and need very stable connection to process the barcode. Should add favorite list for overnight visitor.

3 stars: suggestion..the visitor pass history record should be sync with every owner for reference. Example owner 1 produce the bar code to visitor and owner 2 have record too about the same record with owner 1
