3 stars: It does what it has to do but it's an outdated app. The tip system is not integrated to be easy. The food tracker does not track the delivery guy.

3 stars: Customer support for this service is a joke. Unfortunately there is no alternative to order from certain restaurants. The riders are usually nice and delivery times are good but you just can't get in touch with them when something goes wrong with the order.

5 stars: Never been disappointed so far with this app. Always got delivered on time and delivery fees are cheaper than with Uber Eats or Deliveroo. Overall friendly UX and easy to use.
