5 stars: Really helps with the kind of sticky, one-track thoughts that come with panic attacks, plus the affirmations are two-fold, depending on if you feel confident tackling a panic attack or are in the throes of one so the advice doesn't get old or wear out. Also great help and feedback when the app has the rare formatting issue. The mascot is also very cute hehe
