3 stars: Great when it works, but there are several bugs/issues. I've had some issues maintaining pairing between my ring and my phone (but it's getting better) and their support is not good. O had some basic questions about LED indications, and their support was slow to respond. When they finally did, they wanted me to re-report the issue, then send a video which they never acknowledged receiving. Still, great for sleep and step tracking!
4 stars: Once I figured out that the only reliable way to sync data so I can see my stats is with the ring in the charger, it got better. It got even better when I figured out that many problems can be solved by unplugging the charger and re-plugging it into the USB port on my computer. Until I'm more convinced of its accuracy I also carry a Fitbit(tm) and compare the readings daily. They track pretty well.
