5 stars: Amazing program..after 6 weeks of listening all my IBS symptoms have gone. I can finially eat what I want and go where I want without the fear if an episode. I loved this program and encourage everyone to stick with it till the end.
4 stars: I think this is well designed. I feel that I was able to really let myself go into the program and had some improvement in the first few days. there's no comparison to other meditations found on various platforms.
3 stars: App intereface is great,. It is a great knowledge provider but as for the prices of the in app service that is not cheap. I dont know if it helps but it sure does make you believe it does. It might help you by placebo affects though i havent tried so dont know. Giving it 3stars just because of its high rates. They do have a free trial of 7 days. But i dont think i'll be trying that either. Good approach though.
4 stars: EDIT 2: Taking a star off cause the app keeps crashing. I hope to see an update fixing this as the effectiveness of the app is greatly reduced when the sessions are interrupted. This has worked for me.
5 stars: Nerva has changed my life! Not only have my gastro symptoms improved but my anxiety level is down immensely. I could listen to the sessions all day, they are so incredibly soothing. I am now eating a MUCH wider variety of foods. Life changing! Thank you!
