5 stars: very easy way to backup your pictures while traveling. Can't be any easier. Insert your card and see the 4 lights go on. In few secs you already have all your photos in the drive. Then, check your wifi and connect to the drive. Watch, share, download photos and files. So simple, great for trips, you know you have your backup in secs.
5 stars: Reliability, I guess is the key word. I have been very happy with my 4tb wd network drive, it copies my photos and videos when I'm in my home. So there is no need to be concerned if you accidentally delete photos, they are still on the network drive. Great product, have been using it now for 3 years.
5 stars: I use the app on android and apple with satisfactory performance. My problem is on the Windows 10 where I can't connect with my sign in details and my requests for forgotten password is ignored.
5 stars: Doesn't work anymore 😕 Keep getting error messages. Update: After reinstalling the app and deleting the old one, it seems to be working ok.
3 stars: Lil clumsy and crude but gets the work done. Not a very user friendly app. Another silly thing is you can only backup the phone videos a d photos to public folders. Then where is the security. 🤦
