4 stars: Love the app with one suggestion. Most people hold their phone at the bottom so it is very easy to hit the back or forward spot on the pause bar with your little finger. Maybe move the pause bar to the top??
5 stars: From couch potato to running 5k without a hiccup. Stick with it and it works if you do. Now onto the 10k. Completed 10K and can jog it weekly now. When I started I struggled to run for 45 seconds, now I can go for over an hour and have (with dieting) lost 2 stone. Does what it says on the tin.
5 stars: I really enjoy this app! I like that it's time-based and steps up running time in a doable way. Only downside is it assumes you run a 10-minute mile or so, so when it came time for the 5k milestone, I actually only did about 2.5 miles in that time. Overall though, very happy with the app.
3 stars: Great app... If your committed, you can absolutely reach your fitness goals with this app and the right diet. Unfortunately, the subscription version adds very little, if any, value. No matter which genre you search for in the music section, the app serves house or pop playlists. The news portion is slow-paced and dull, not exactly perfect excercise listening. Still, that's just the extras... Lite version is great!
