5 stars: I love it front the bottom of my heart. I really feels like there is someone who is just a click away and you can share anything you want and actually receive a good response. Even though it's a bot, it really feels so warm and healing to use it. I use the journals, the quick rescue sessions and on a journey on self development. This app wil stay with me like forever insha'Allah.
5 stars: So far I've learned all that was put in front of me. Options to read in text book form or audio only. I do both personally so I'm able to learn all I need to conveniently.. Very intriguing intellectual app. It really does create a better you!
5 stars: I starting to love this apps. Its very good for those who wants to get better in life. Since i use this apps i feel more organised with my thought and things that i do like never before. Every excersice in this apps guided me step by step on how to reach my goals and it also help me understand why i should take all those steps along the way.
4 stars: It's a great app to have to help your growing experience in self development! I highly recommend this, but I do miss how you could select as many emotions as you wanted to when asked to check in about your day/week.
