3 stars: There are bugs that need to be worked out. I recieved an email free delivery on your next order so I clicked on the link only for it not to work and now instead I am picking up in store. The app also contanstly freezes during the checkout process.
4 stars: Would be nice if the pods that are espresso shots were more clearly labeled so you don't buy the wrong type of coffee. It's very easy to make this mistake.
3 stars: Extremely glitchy. Half the time pictures or my cart wont load and I'll have to close and open all several times to load them
5 stars: The app is great for ordering but Nespresso is a little slow giving us the little extras that were promised.

3 stars: Need to sync the app with the store on the internet. I was placing an order after receiving your email, by clicking on the link when I was done, it gave me the choice to open the app or Chrome on order to finalize and place the order, I chose the app, and then could not see anything in the basket, so I had to start from scratch. Not very efficient!
5 stars: So convenient and easy. I like how you can re-ordee from previous orders.
3 stars: Great app but youre unable to edit your payment methods. I live in a household of 4 and we take turns making orders. We each have our own credit cards. You make one mistake the app takes it and you cant delete a card if its no longer in use.
