5 stars: I was concerned last night, when I subscribed to this program. First, I couldn't find the app in my app store, then after clicking on the link to install, it wouldn't show up in my apps. I woke up this morning, with the app on my phone. Now, I'm downloading it onto my laptop for easier visual of the workouts. WHOOOOOOO!!! I'm so excited to begin this program. Thank-YOU Bodyrockplus
5 stars: This is the only exercise routine I use. It never gets old. I decided to quit the gym and purchase the app because I was doing their videos in Youtube. Best thing ever!! I don't have to worry about getting ready for the gym, no time spend driving, my body is constantly challenged and I see the results. People often ask me what I do, I always mentioned Sweatflix. Love the name, love the app!
3 stars: I really wanted to like this app. I like the workouts but there is no way to sort the workouts in chronological order. You dont have a way to know what equipment will be used so it makes for a disorganized workout. I prefer having the option to preview my workout quickly and easily and not relying on last minute information from the instructor on screen.
5 stars: Awesome app. I love the trainers and the hundreds or thousands of workouts available. Type in what your looking for, choose one, workout, save your favs, repeat. The choices range from length of time, equipment, no equipment, trainer, type of workout, mobility, difficulty level, and more. My personal fave is Hiitma...
