3 stars: The actual process of getting a taxi or ride is 5/5 but I'm giving it 3 stars because when paying by card, I'm not able to choose a tip at the end of the ride, K ly at the beginning... Which makes ZERO sense. Add the ability for us to tip at the END of the ride, not at the beginning. It doesn't make sense I will give it 5/5 if you make this change
5 stars: UPDATE: The issues with the app have been fixed and is now running as normal. Hopefully there will not ne a repeat episode. for more than 2 weeks the app keeps crashing and is basically useless. i have tried contacting support and have written a mail regarding this but i have received no response or resolution. IF this gets fixed i will change my review accordingly, untill then it keeps being a disappointment.
4 stars: An application to be avoided. Support is inexistent, allows cars in service with more 800000 km, if you order a taxi you will get charged even if the driver does not show. L.E.: Regarding the technical support, I might have caught a rush hour when I previously called. Now I have raised a ticket and I was immediately called by them and also refunded during the call time. But still, there is room for improvement.
3 stars: I was charged because the app didn't find me right. Also they have all the normal taxi drivers that have the same habits. No dynamic tarif, but at least with Uber i can expect courtesy form the drivers, not to be thrown out of the car.
