3 stars: Ordered some drinks for pickup, worked fine, except one of the drinks, jasmine jade, was missing option for sugar level. Added a note under special instructions, but drink still came out to sweet. Also for pearl drinks, configuration should show what toppings are already included
3 stars: When I first got the app it was good/fine. Now I have to re-login but I can't and I get a connection time out error. Edit: I can now login but side note; I started as a Platinum member but now I am Gold. Not an app problem I hope but not a good look.
4 stars: So far haven't had a problem. Works just how the Starbucks app does except, I wouldn't recommend ordering off of it.
5 stars: I love this app so much! I just got it and it's amazing!!! I think it's really cool that you get a free birthday drink after spending 2 dollars. I'm really looking forward to my free bubble tea on my birthday! The pound system is awesome too!
4 stars: I'm happy that ordering through Chatime's website will award points in the app if you use the same email address for both! It would still be nice to order directly through the app though. Is this something that will be added soon?
4 stars: I can see, it's just a first step for you guys. The app itself looks great and the visuals are beautiful. But the cost and nutrition information still needs to be improved. It's rare for a company to reply and actually listen to the opinions and complaints. Good job
