4 stars: Very good! The data base of foods in my region is not perfect, but suficient. Drawbacks: 1) The QR sanner. Slow, unprecise. Poor data base of bar codes. 2) not possible to create custom foods and save them for scanning the next time. 3) If a recipe is saved and one serving is eaten it appears as all the ingredients under the meal, not a serving af the meal. Besides these the app is yhe best option for me in the coutry I live.
5 stars: This app is essential to my success doing the keto diet. It is amazing and easy to use. Just search your food you are eating and enter it. Has flexibility on portion sizes and has most major grocery store chains foods listed in their program. Excellent for keeping track of your macros with just a swipe. 10/10 need this for a keto diet.
4 stars: Everything is great. No complaints: very clean UI. Goals are easily seen and are easy to understand Would like an option for a list of keto recipes, or links to outside websites and a way to pull the info from the recipe to the app.
5 stars: Digging the layout. Very clean / intuitive. I can see an entire day quickly. App launch and scan is lightening fast. Compare that to another popular tracker that is grandma-slow yet costs more. Default dark mode is badass. I'm sold!
