4 stars: clothing is not true to size. I suggest to order a size or two bigger. shipping took about 2 weeks, with easy tracking through the site. all and all I'm happy with my first purchases. i just placed my second order and feel comfortable now knowing how the sizes run. Hopefully next shipment will be five stars.
5 stars: love love love these wigs. can style them CAREFULLY. no heat. but perfect if you want a different look or just don't feel like fixing your hair that day. I've gotten compliments on them EVEN at beauty salons.
3 stars: Sadly disappointed in quality of good, both the material and the finish also some slight issues with sizes, shipping took along time and returns are to.china at buyer expense I love the designs and think my heart overruled my head. So buyer beware.
5 stars: Suddenly not opening. Crashes. Re-installed and still an issue. Apologies. It was after all Android releasing an update that caused so many issues. I had to re-install my phone thanks to them.
5 stars: I order some items which didn't arrive a problem with postal service in country of destination. I contacted lightin the box and items were resent. I have now received them and they are very good. I am extremely pleased with them. I would like to thank Zoe in customer service for being a fantastic help.
