3 stars: The apps is good in my opinion. But i found a seller that can't deliver best customer experience specially when I buy stuffs from non domestic sellers. He can't provide tracking position for my stuff, He said the problem is from JD ID. But I have another experience from non domestic seller that provide tracking information by text or email. I hope JD ID can fix this tiny problem.
3 stars: I bought food voucher then I cannot used it because I didn't get voucher code through message (sms). I talked to provider, they said they didn't have any issue from sms. Afterward, I reported it through customer service but I didn't any responses. so disappointed :( I always open jd.id app for sending voucher code through sms yet I didn't a complete sms, still no voucher code, only announcement that I bought that voucher.

3 stars: Ga bs login lg sejak update terakhir... tiap minta send OTP, blg nya jaringan bermasalah... Pdhl marketplace lain di hp ini lancar2 aja... Any bugs? Please fix this issue fast, I want to shop something I need or else I have to shop on another marketplace 😓
4 stars: the user interface is quite good and easy to understand, questions on the seller are often not answered, not all items are original, if possible buyer can choose expedition
