3 stars: The app was good on my S9, but it's causing a lot of glitches on my S20. Especially with PiP mode. Took a bug report, and have tried a reinstalation, as the issue could stem from the data transfer from old to new phone.
3 stars: The camera keeps going offline and I have to re install it constantly... Sometimes it won't recognize the camera. It's connected via LAN connection and full wifi signal as well. It gets annoying
3 stars: Constantly has an error connection message on the app. The device is fine but the app sucks. Wish that I could maintain a regular connection to my baby's monitor to make sure she is safe. Fix this please. Edit*** changed from 4 to 3 stars because the app is saying I am offline and it cannot detect the camera now. This could be both camera and app. I didn't bring it back to a 2 because of the great customer service from a previous issue.
4 stars: Love this app. Would be nice if it had an in-app dark mode setting so we can it's not so bright at night when trying to view the app.
