5 stars: Worked for my wife and me! Was able to load our vaccine record. Don't understand why it expires in a month but hopefully renewing that will be trivial and I won't have to go through the same process I did to get it initially.
4 stars: Worked fine. Basically just holds the qr code generated by the website. Most reviewers seem to find fault with the website, not the app.
5 stars: I was surprised by how easy and fast it was to get the pass. Added 2 passes in less than 3 minutes. Won't know for sure how useful it is until I try to scan the QR code somewhere, but so far so good.
5 stars: Works well. Loaded the app first and then went to the web site. No issue getting the pass and then from the web site loaded it to the app. Curious as to why it expires in April.
5 stars: FYI to everyone who is having issues with it finding your vaccine: call your local pharmacy and have them look you up on NYSIIS. (Even if they didn't give you your shot) it is likely that whoever immunized you failed to upload one or both doses to NYSIIS. I would call them and have them upload your shot.
5 stars: It was quick and easy to create my pass. It doesn't make sense that the pass has an expiration date.
