4 stars: The app works well and set es its purpose. One nitpick - I would really like it if the app notified me when the batteries are low in the thermostat. It doesn't do that with the Honeywell that I have. Also, it's back to prompting login every time.
3 stars: Used to love this app but the newest update has a delay in controls and now I have to consistently close app and reopen.please correct this
3 stars: Takes 15-30 seconds to respond to a command. Would be super cool if I could create an automation trigger at a certain time of day, instead of just one of the other connected devices , so it’s one degree warmer when I wake up for work early in the morning for my joint issues (it gets cold)
3 stars: Two lockouts in two days. Hub was on and green but app said it was offline. When you're locked out, how can you reboot the hub? Customer service# not on the app. Had to google. Cant choose own code. Customer support was good but sent a text with URL. If you don't have internet on the phone, you're screwed. Need to improve.
3 stars: Love the clean and intuitive interface and that this app is getting regular updates for bug fixes and new features. In an IoT space where so many apps and pieces of hardware are launched and forgotten, this is a refreshing change.
