3 stars: This app itself is great but the SIM card itself may be unreliable. In my case, the card provided by By. U lost connection for no reason while I'm in my online exam. I would like a great explanation from By. U itself. Thanks.
3 stars: Actually the app is good. Nothing wrong with it. The signal is also good. But why the internet speed is so slow. Especially when playing online games, the ping is unstable. I doubt by.U is using Telkomsel's network.
3 stars: After using for 2 months, my experience if compared with other provider, by U is slow speed, the package is more expensive for data package Rp.120k for 50gb where you can get with only Rp.100k with other provider and better speed. Good thing is you can choose what you need, but not recomend for youtube and game. I leave in a center of the city, network coverage should be no problem. I wish by U can upgrade to compete with others providers.
4 stars: The application are fine, the price are reasonable, the signal are okay, but sometimes while playing competitive games the ping just up and down, never stable (only 1 game though, others are fine, dunno this is provider problem or the game server problem), playing casual games fine, overal good
