4 stars: App is mostly ok, easy to use and understand. But, why it isn't 5 stars because I tried to select pick-up option but only delivery worked. I paid extra for the convenience but I could have picked up just as easily
5 stars: Service is very fast and accurate. I recommend Nespresso to everyone. Its great with recycling bags to send back at no cost. I do find the coffee is a bit costly. There is lots of selections of coffees. The coffee is awesome.

3 stars: The app has improved but it's still flaky. The screen resolution is to big for the screen. The web chat doesn't work and the promo codes aren't accepted. There is still work to be done as it seems clunky and not very intuitive. 3 stars only because I love the coffee and it's a Canadian company. Otherwise a solid 2 on the review.
3 stars: Too hard to compare the different coffees at a glance. Have to click into each one separately to view intensity and top notes. Would like to see a summary similar to what is shown on a menu in a Nespresso store.
