4 stars: I often use Metromart for groceries but loading has suddenly become extremely slow. I thought the recent update would fix this but that's not the case. I hope this can be resolved since I'm still planning to use the app in the future.
4 stars: There are missing items and I only noticed it after cleaning and disinfecting the ones inside the box. Update: they were able to refund the price of the missing items. App is still kinda slow but they keep updating it.
5 stars: Convenient and reliable online shopping. I can order overseas and have it delivered in Manila. Delivery is always on time and their staff are friendly.
3 stars: Many items are offered in the app but not available in the physical store. There was a case when the shopper informed me that it has been three days since an item was out of stock but still offered as available in the app.
