4 stars: The alarm portion works flawlessly. I can arm and disarm right from my phone, see which doors and windows are open, see which profile has armed or disarmed the system, and customize alerts. The one big flaw is the doorbell camera. Like others have said, most of the time it just does not connect, especially when someone rings the bell and you try and see who it is. I am using an LG G8 Android version 10.
3 stars: I am not happy with the new panel or this app. One of our windows keeps saying it's been tampered with when nothing has triggered it and there doesn't seem to be a way to bypass the system so I can turn on the alarm. Also ADT has the worst customer service and that hasn't changed since Telus bought them out. Tired of this garbage.
5 stars: Big mistake to update the app as it now freezes and is useless. I no longer can use it. Update. It would appear locations for this app were turned off on my phone and possibly caused the app to freeze. The app is back on track and my rating revised. Thanks.
5 stars: Great App. I have multiple locations in one app. I can visually check to make sure my locations are armed at night and get notifications in an emergency.
4 stars: I've had app for 4 or 5 years... I like most of the features, especially knowing my keyless lock is locked or not, and being able to lock/ unlock my door at anytime.
