3 stars: Here are some things to improve, 1. Allow for direct conversation or call with hosts. Live chat is a nuisance especially when I don't receive push notifications from chats. 2. Hosts should be required to state reasons for declining bookings. This would at least give some sort of disclosure to guests.

4 stars: Great apps, very convenient♥️. The apps need to have a notification pop up during in apps so that customer won't forget to submit a car inspection before driving.
3 stars: Good car sharing idea. The filtering of cars and location settings need better improvement. Also should able to saved all favorite picked or bookmarks.
