5 stars: From my impressions on the first day of use, this seems to be a very useful app. Tools to make reading the literature more readily accessible, particularly on the go (mobile), are likely to become increasingly helpful to people. Of course, it will be important for this app to retain a real sense of being unbiased in provision of information, since users will be critical thinkers searching for evidence to examine and consider.

4 stars: I've never met such an amazing app on medicine. However, the full PDF download function is not always effective in my institution because my institution subscribes Sciencedirect and Ovid rather than the journals.
5 stars: Provides PDF or web access to many full medical journal articles, including JAMA, Circulation, BMJ... Some access is limited to abstracts, depending on the journal. There is access thru an institution, if your have that.
