5 stars: Good app easy to use, however due to covid-19 S7 airline won't refund me my money and i have to wait 3 freaking years literally so i can cash out my refund despite having an insurance bought with my tickets

3 stars: After successfuly adding the booking it is impossible to track luggage - form expects booking id to be 5 characters but it is 6, input field is limited to 5, so the search fails for obvious reasons.
5 stars: Have used this app for a few years and am quite happy. Can book flights and check in. Can track my miles and do many other things. Good, solid app.
3 stars: Ok chat works now, so two * back. One more star if seat selection after purchase works and one more if claiming miles for the flights on partner airlines gets working. I am an s7 platinum if that adds weight to my opinion
3 stars: Flights can be bought only as Roundtrip or One Way. Multiple Segment option is missing, please add it.
