5 stars: Pure sound. What else can be said. Their customer service is, bar none, tops. Any issues, no problem. Of course, if you need a replacement part, you are covered. As for the sound quality, the clarity is awesome. The bass is deep enough to rumble my laptop on my desk, but not in an obtuse way. Saving up for those sound canceling ear pods, which I tried, is crazy good. Other than that, they ight. Haha.
4 stars: Love the app. It has a few nuances that you have to work around but overall a great app. Would love to have the ability to connect more than just two bose speakers. I know other brands have the capability... we are a bose family and have their blue tooth speakers all over the house. It would be nice to connect each of them
5 stars: Good app, unlocks some features like product update and allows to cut the voice prompt, in case you are used to the product and don't need it anymore. Also allows simultaneous device to play the same content. All in all, it is worth the download. I wish I could register my new product(s) in app tho.
3 stars: I use this app to do 2 things: disable google assistant, share music with 2nd pair of headphones. Sharing music is a painful process that usually works from 3rd time and requires several minutes. While it's great when it works, the setup process is very inconvenient
