3 stars: This worked for almost a year and we enjoyed it greatly. Then all of a sudden it lost all the data and cleared out all of my daughters information, points, etc. and I am logged in. It also is harder for it to recognize the toothbrush. Very disappointed on the changes that have happened.
3 stars: Got this for my daughter for Christmas, worked for about 3 days, now every time it loads it won't recognise her face or her toothbrush, have deleted it amd reinstalled it and now waiting for an email to come to access the account again. When it works it works its brilliant but you spend more time fidgeting the phone around. Was thinking of purchasing another one for my son but if it keeps it up I certainly will not be.
3 stars: My daughter and I were so excited about this, plus she was excited to brush her teeth for a change. But....after 3 uses it won't find the tooth brush. So frustrating. Will there be an update soon to fix this glitch?
3 stars: Great when it works, but recently has been freezing before we get the results of the brushing. Really disappointing for the kids to not see their star rating or get their diamonds.
3 stars: This worked great at first but now it freezes right before the 2 minute mark. My daughter gets really upset because she doesn't get to see how well she did or claim her prize.
