3 stars: The app makes mobile access to work material simple and easy. A must have. Some features do not translate well though, dashboards do not work on mobile, and some text edit fields like emailing from within a case have responsive formatting to fit your mobile keyboard that render the text field unusable. So the mobile app has served best for checking/ buttering content, but not so much editing.
4 stars: I like SF's Desktop version and use it a lot for work. This app is useful for getting or sending notifications via chatter, but that's kind of the extent of it. I don't find it particularly useful for doing other types of work.
3 stars: I will give 5 stars if I can have have the omni supervisor view in the apps. This would be a great apps for monitoring. But only if the omni supervisor view is available like in the desktop view.
4 stars: Good app, works like you expect. Simple interface but maybe a little too much going on. I'd call it, eye noise.
5 stars: This is a great app that I love using for work. It is tailored to your agency, but overall it is a great way to take a break from the computer and still get work done.
5 stars: It provides access to everything I need without me having to manually define each mobile screen...of course, if I need to, I can do that to get exactly what I need...
