5 stars: It's always worked well for me. It is a bit annoying, like most security features, to have to log in to an app when I just used the exact same method of security to open my phone up. I mean, if someone killed me and used my finger to unlock my phone what's preventing them from using it again to pay my T-Mobile bill? Otherwise this app functions well and is pleasing to look at.
5 stars: I have nothing but WONDERFUL reviews to offer! I have always had an EXCELLENT experience with this app! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If ANY problems have occurred, T-Mobile experts WILL work to correct any problems and do so very expediously!!! They're one phone call away IF needed!!!
5 stars: I just got my T-Mobile phone I switched from cricket. I really don't care about getting another phone because I have to figure it out and the printing on the booklet is way too small and it's hard for the elderly to see I would like T-Mobile to come out with a how to do book with bigger letters. Thank you for consideration in this matter
