5 stars: This is far beyond AI. Vi is so good. So accurate. So real that it is hard to believe there is no actual human hidden in your headphones. It made me fall in love with running. Oh- And they also have the best customer service in the universe.
5 stars: I LOVE my Vi Trainer! I've been working out with Vi for about 4 years when the headphones 1st came out, but lately have been working out with more frequently every morning. She's motivational and gives me the push I need to succeed. I also love how you can set up a training plan if you would like to lose fat within a couple of weeks or train for a race. My workouts are so much better because of Vi!
3 stars: I really love the concept and I have been enjoying the app since March. However it has happened more than once that the app crashes during the workout, usually at the end. I have reported the issue with customer care more than once and I have not heard back with a permanent fix. I love the app, just not sure if enough to overlook the recurring crashes.
