3 stars: Confusing settings. I want Carezone back. The new app doesn't allow me to remove helpers who is no longer caring for my loved ones and still has access to the profile. I was able to remove caregivers in Carezone very easy. I spent about 1hour and 21 minutes on the Walmart Wellness trying to remove a caregiver but the option doesn't exist, though it has been advertised that the features stayed the same.
4 stars: Just installed the Walmart Wellness app. I made sure to use the same email address that I used in the CareZone app and all of my data was transferred over. I think the fact that I opened a Walmart account 2 years ago with that email address helped. The new app looks a little cleaner.
