5 stars: I could not log into my nixplay frame to add new pictures. No matter how I tried, nothing worked. Finally, I contacted Nixplay Support and they very speedily helped me and in no time at all, everything was up and running perfectly. Thank You Nixplay Support Celene

Called technical support and Joe walked me thru some steps and I was up and running in minutes. I told my husband it was the most pleasant experience I ever had with a tech support person!
