5 stars: Excellent experience so far would not hesitate to use public chargers even the charged ones after free charging weekly at my local supermarket, have a home charger where I do the bulk of my charging. Well done PodPoint!
4 stars: Basically useless at home, fails to update recent charge data and keeps telling me my charges are free even with cost per Kwh added to account. UPDATE, issues now sorted by support team. Thank you.
5 stars: This app works in concert with my pod point charger. Easy to set up Easy to use. Very happy with this app. Plus get regular updates for it too.
4 stars: Not registering home charging. Was sporadic but now consistently missing charges. When it used to register the charge, it mostly showed no cost despite the fact that I had input electricity rates. Now fixed after correspondence and the recent update - many thanks. Now not working since March 2020 so has not shown any charges since then. Now fixed - thanks.
5 stars: Easy to use App. Simple and clear. Love it. Thank you to whoever created this. I wish there were more PodPoint stations dotted around London. Xx
4 stars: Very easy to use app. Have been using it for 5 months. Fairly reliable, although it does forget login after some updates. Does not record all my charges on free chargers, although not sure if that is App related or charger related.
