5 stars: Love it! Was very skeptical considering I've never been able to meditate properly. Just because I'm always so stressed out and my mind races a million miles a second all the time. But I tried this app after I saw an ad for it on FB and after 2 days of using it, I'm already happier, less stressed, sleeping better, and my anxiety is lowered! It's so amazing! And I love the sounds!
5 stars: Great app! I've only done a couple so far, but I've been able to go deeper than on my own, or even with the guided meditations on Headspace. I had crystal clear imagery in my mind, it put me in a great mood, I love it! Highly, highly recommend! Especially for people who struggle to go deeper in meditation or get distracted easily.
5 stars: Excellent start, just completed first couple of introductory modules but the presentations are fantastic. I could 'feel' the session in my muscles and bones and definately helped to silence my noisy mind and settle me. Early days but I will certainly keep going. Wish it had a monthly subscription option instead of outright payment, I would have signed up already! Might need to save up :)
