3 stars: The promo code is never accepted, even though I have met all the order criteria. It would be nice to use the app to order, but I cannot call customer service everytime I'd actually like to order with a code. Other than that, it's a nice easy app to navigate.
4 stars: App is not stable and slightly lag at times. Orders do not display properly sometimes too. However, it is easy to use and convenient if you already know what capsules you would like to order.
3 stars: Able to create a favourite list but not able to include all my variants \u0026 could not use my favourite list to order, so spears s bit of a waste of time making the favourite list. But ordering is easy.
5 stars: Used this app all the time and is such ease to reorder my coffee and accessories. Always upto date with offers and new products. A must for Nespresso lovers.
