4 stars: I wish the app had a distinct notification option for different alerts. I don't need to know every time the door was unlocked or locked. I do need to know if someone is ringing me at the front door. Edit: seems this feature exists. The first customer service agent I spoke with told me otherwise. Still, the app is slow to load and a bit clunky.
3 stars: I am not receiving notifications on my Galaxy Note 10. I have gone into the app and phone settings to turn on all notifications, however i still never receive them. I tried the same lock with a IOS device, and i received all the notifications. So this must be a Google Play Store app issue.
5 stars: Love it, can lock it can open it from my bedroom when people are around. Don't have to give the lockout don't have to get up. My mom has her own code my son has his own code it's great. Still not sure if I can open it with just my finger or not I would need to figure that one out but I'm still working on it just installed.
