5 stars: Works decent I would say just bit annoyed that I need to use arrow in app to go back and not back button...
4 stars: I use this app whenever I'm using the train. Very useful to check times.
4 stars: Was a huge help while traveling in Scotland for the first time. But some stations were listed as places you could not buy tickets, but in fact you could. I will definitely use it again when I return!
5 stars: I can plan journeys from Glasgow Queen Street to Aberdeen on ScotRail (SR).
3 stars: Overloaded and unfocused. App has way too many options, most of which you'll never use. What it *is* good for is buying tickets and loading them onto your smart card. It would be ideal if that was a near-instantaneous process, but you have to wait up to four hours for ScotRail's back end systems to catch up for tickets to be available for download.
3 stars: Get a generic error when trying to pay for tickets through the app. If I disable my internet before confirming, I get the same error in the same amount of time. This leads me to believe this is a problem with the app. I'm happy to send log files or anything that could help. Otherwise, the app works pretty well although it's often slow when I quickly need to check train times.
5 stars: Be careful when booking tickets with change at mainline station. Just saved over £7 (25%) by booking separate return tickets rather than single return. App otherwise very useful and I use all the time
