5 stars: great app to do online grocery! at first, there were few items esp on s\u0026r. now, there's more choices! they still aren't offering roast chicken by s\u0026r. then my complaints... still no plastic grocery bags even if I explicitly requested them. then they gave me chicken butts when I ordered chicken thighs. or and my last order, the ground beef has ground bits of bone!
4 stars: It could be a better app if the shopper can accommodate changes or requests from clients if the ordered items are not available, considering that they can communicate thru text (considering also that we are paying for a reasonable shopping and delivery fee). Thank you!
4 stars: The check out part was a bit tricky because there are hardly any intuitive instructions what comes next so I kept going back and forth the cart and check out portion. Luckily was able to complete the checkout a few hours before the scheduled delivery time. Delivery was a bit delayed but that was ok.
4 stars: Very useful and convenient. Only downside is the item inventory is not always updated. Some store items are still missing from their list.
3 stars: Mobile app is 5 stars. Easy to use, hassle free. But the problem is the shopping service. Almost half of my cart items was unvailable. So I still have to go out and do grocery elsewhere. Not recommended at this time.
