3 stars: So disappointed! I have used this app for years and had a membership for almost a year now. The story is engaging and entertaining (despite a few apparent prejudices). But the most recent update requires GPS access even when the app is not in use. Why is the app concerned with my location when I am not using it? Now I have to uninstall and cancel my subscription.
4 stars: I love love love the app, its amazing. Sadly it has one major flaw for me and that is the need to use my phone as a step/pace counter, that's just awful. I liketo put my phone on the side while running on a treadmill, using my Fitbit to measure everything. Having a phone on me is just very clumsy and annoying. If there was a way to connect those, I wouldn't hesitate to pay for premium.
5 stars: Literally the best running app ever. Whenever I'm feeling unmotivated and slow down, BAM, zombies are chasing me. And they get closer and closer. It's horrifying and definitely motivates me to run for my life. A great challenge! Can also change the difficulty from beginner to expert. Don't worry, running newbies! You're more than welcome here!
5 stars: Wonderful way to get and stay motivated to run! The voice acting is pretty good, storylines are varied and interesting, and the town building mini game is a fun reward to play with after cooling down.
