4 stars: Very useful especially now, during the pandemic. Service is getting much better. New establishments, like National Bookstore, are a welcome addition. Please add more items too. The recent update prevents me from seeing the shopping progress. App keeps on shutting down when I try to see the progress. This makes it difficult to coordinate with the shopper.
4 stars: It could be a better app if the shopper can accommodate changes or requests from clients if the ordered items are not available, considering that they can communicate thru text (considering also that we are paying for a reasonable shopping and delivery fee). Thank you!
5 stars: 2020: Much improved service, well done! 2019: Very bad service! Broke all the eggs in one delivery, hard to send complaints to get stuff fixed. When replacing items and you pay credit card they just ask for extra money without proof or documentation. I really miss honestbee.
5 stars: It's easier to look for the item that you want to order because they categorized it. For a first timer, I recommend this app.
4 stars: Grocery delivery app is overall convenient to use and delivery is fast. App has User-friendly interface. Unavailable items are expected and understandable at this time. Catch is, items are a tad bit more pricey compared to other apps. On top of that, delivery and service fee is around P380 which is also higher than other apps where delivery+service fee is just around 280 or less.
