4 stars: Hope they will translate app in English. edit: I got reponse in Chinese 😂 Also you responded to other customer that service is currently available only in Taiwan so it's in Chinese. That means foreigners who live in Taiwan and don't speak Chinese are not welcome to use your services. Thankfuly your competition WeMo doesn't think on same way. I'll stick with them because they think Customer is always right.
