3 stars: Update: App getting better. So, rating it better. The app does not fit for purpose and it buggy. The app is clearly been developed by a group of less experienced developers, without supervision. I don't think they did a proper quality check prior to the release. Nevertheless, a am giving 2* assuming that the team will fix all the issues.
3 stars: I had given 1 star to initial version. But now changing it to 3. OTP issues have been fixed. But, this is still too basic. No option to select the day, time and outlet. No option to edit. Most of the time it show some changing time fo to enable the app. Too confusing for such a basic app.
5 stars: The only problem i felt is regarding the pincode issue, ie the pin code we enter the first time will permanant for us.Suppose i purchased my first token in ernakulam and then i move to kannoor and i do a booking,the token will be issued in thw previous location and that is a big mistake from the devolopers,the should use the gps location instead or should be an option to change our location
