4 stars: Just tried this out with my headphones, and unfortunately it sounds very robotic, like a sleepy male robot. Even my own voice sounds weirdly male and deep. Perhaps with lots of practice, I will begin to adapt to it, and hopefully it will become much clearer (unless the app needs tweaking). I'm giving this 4/5 because it has great potential.
5 stars: Used chatable on my wife's iPhone while watching TV and found it great so tried it on my Moto G7 and it's just as good! Some TV programmes have their background noise too loud making it hard to hear the voices but watching TV while using Chatable makes it a much better experience! Fantastic technology!

5 stars: Great app! Easy to understand UI, looks and works great! There is even a dedicated noise slider if you wish to adjust the background noise. If you are hard of hearing, this app may help you!
5 stars: Bluetooth hearing aid at last! I'm so excited to finally find a Bluetooth hearing aid for Android! Ive used other apps for sound amplification but with my Pixel 4 I prefer to use wireless Bluetooth headphones. I'm thinking of getting the new pixel buds 2 but currently use airpods with chatable. I can hear voice clearly and its loud - really great sound amplification without background noise. Highly recommended and its free to try.
