3 stars: My problem is that the app randomly seems to go offline even whenever I have a strong wifi signal. Then I can't figure out how to get it back online. There is no troubleshooting feature, and no place to find help. The microphone picks me up beautifully, but is too weak to pick up other people's voices.
5 stars: Fantastic app, my god. I'm constantly impressed by how well it can pick up what I'm saying. It does get mixed/harder when more than one person is talking, which makes sense, but I can't reasonably expect it to not. it notices sounds in the background fairly accurately. it's correct about 60% of the time, but it's still a great feature. Absolutely recommend it.
5 stars: This has been amazing. quick with very few errors. Even indicates 'laughing, dog bark, wind, water' sounds. My husband lost most of his hearing very rapidly due to medical issues. The ability for me as caregiver to communicate with him and have gone be able to understand doctors and other family members has relieved so much stress and made things so much more efficient and clear. Thank you.
4 stars: This is brilliant if you want to use it for talking to hard of hearing people. Able to pick up words with a mask/face covering without any problems and words are clear on the screen. If you are wanting it for transcribing/ dictating then this app isn't for you. The ability to save or copy/paste into other apps on your phone is not good.
