4 stars: Works great, but just today i had someone else take my passapp taxi before i could get to it. The app thought I was in the tuk tuk, and would not let me cancil it. I finally restarted my phone, and then it let me book a new ride.
3 stars: Development need work together with Google map. Like Gojek Apps. So people can find accurate place without confused about address map location

4 stars: This app is great, but I don't like the service. When I order by this app but driver ask the passenger to cancel the the order and sometimes they don't confirm the arrival so cannot see the total fees immediately.

4 stars: Mostly very good. Infuriating when a driver starts a ride on his app without picking up passengers. You are then marked as on a ride and there's no way to cancel or book another ride until the driver deems so. The app is useless in that scenario....
