4 stars: Terrible app. Doesn't allow to key in address. Finally I chose closest address but when clicked next it went back to first screen and says I need to login first. 😑 Frustrated, I used their website instead. White still bad/unfriendly UI/UX at least it works. Technician came at the requested hour and replaced my battery. Technician service is very good. Would have given this 5 star if only the app works.
5 stars: Everything is good. Customer service is very nice and explain everything nicely. Just hope the apps can be improved on the detecting location part. If we can search the location manually it will be greater. The function is there but maybe there are some bug which made me unable to do the manual search. Overall, fantastic!
4 stars: Very useful service but the app got one problem. I book for 1pm but, after confirmation, the app say I book for 5am. I think the app forget to adjust for +8 GMT. Very confusing for customer. Tapi servisnya memang baik. Cepat datang, cepat tukar bateri, memang puas.
5 stars: Fast, efficient and get the job done. Gave me the estimated time the technician can be there. But within 10 minutes I received a call informing me that they are directing my order to the nearest technician. Payment can be done via FPX (even if the order form said cash) love their service. Thanks for helping me out
5 stars: Simple and easy to use. The response is very fast.. superb. Technician arrived in 2 hours and perform general checking.
