4 stars: Update 15/07/2020 The up is runing ok again. 4 stars as you can't have access to the sd card through the application. 10/07/2020 Can't log in at all. The app was fine until last week. They screwed up and I can't log in for about 5-6 days now. I sent email to report the problem 4 days ago and all I have is a short answer saying that they are working on the problem.
3 stars: Still enjoying the Neos cam but getting some irritating noise detection events, even when noise detection is turned off. Resetting the noise detection slider to off and res-saving seems to stop the problem for awhile, only for it to return. I am considering upgrading to boost, and purchasing more cams but irritating issues like this make me quite wary.
4 stars: The revised update 1st July, has not sorted out recordings playing in landscape issue, or the sign out issue when backing out of the app. 5⭐ will be given when the these issues are resolved. Overall it is a great system I have four camera's and it works very well with reasonably priced boast cloud storage function.
3 stars: Back to 3* as it now works. It's been requiring me to login in every day for the last few days and didn't log in at all, error 603. Website does not allow you to search for error codes so no idea what the issue was.
5 stars: Nifty little camera with decent video quality however when I set activity zones anything outside the zone still sets of the motion trigger? Would be given stars if this is fixed Edit: ...
